Become a Member of ISCA

There are several classes of membership. A Full Member must qualify with a minimum of a B.S. degree in a field of natural resources or earth sciences with 15 semester hours of soils classes. Only a Full Member can hold an office or vote.A Student Member must be enrolled in a college or university in a field of natural resources or earth sciences.An Affiliate Member has no specific requirements other than wanting to be a supporter of the activities of ISCA. Former Out-of-State Members are also considered Affiliate Member.A Retired Member must meet the Full Member requirements, but is no longer in the practice of soil classifying. Retired Members can serve as a committee chair. E-mail questions or your completed application to the Chair of the Ethics, Certification, and Membership Committee to membership@illinoissoils.org Application fees can be paid on-line here or sent with the application by mail to the Chair of the Ethics, Certification, and Membership Committee at the address above.
